Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, the following cycling accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Elefanthuer (ear warmers)
  • Hætter (headwear)
  • Halsvarmere (neck warmers)
  • Hjelmhue (helmet liners)
  • Cykeltrøjer (cycling jerseys)
  • Cykelveste (cycling vests)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return request. Use the template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
  4. Ship the package to our address (provided in the return approval email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective cycling accessory:

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs
